MAYFIELD ICE CREAM SOCIAL DRAWS FAMILIES TO WOOLSEY ESTATES IN HAMPTON, GEORGIA

Fresh hand-dipped ice cream, warm sunshine, and new homes were in store for the attendees of the Mayfield Ice Cream Social on Saturday July 12, 2003. GRAMM & Associates, Inc hosted a Mayfield Ice Cream Social and the touring of new homes at the grand opening of Woolsey Estates in Hampton, Georgia.

Parents, children, families and local community residents all joined to tour the new home community and enjoy the free ice cream sundae bar. There was a supervised moon-walk to entertain the kids as well as a raffle and door prizes.

"It was a fun-filled day for the whole family," said Rhonda Gramm Gailey, Vice-President and Broker of GRAMM & Associates, Inc. "we were so happy to see everyone come out and enjoy the activities. Many families were unaware of this exclusive new home community because it's nestled in a quiet neighborhood; we wanted to give local residents and neighbors a chance to meet and tour the new homes priced from the low $130’s."

Guests were able to escape the summer heat by touring the decorated model homes in air conditioning. Many made themselves at home by enjoying baked homemade cookies and cold drinks.
